Dynamics
The first 20 Christian schools will be trained and led by
Rogalski and Krause personally. GraceWorks conducts all training
onsite, in two separate training workshops of two days each.
(Clients pay all travel costs.) We train all related personnel,
including the Board of Directors, and often speak to groups of 15-20
leaders.
The same trainer for each seminar (Bob for Annual Funds, Dan for
Marketing) is your phone coach who calls your fund development and
marketing teams on alternating weeks.
GraceWorks’ volunteer-centric approach includes identifying
volunteers through the Parent Satisfaction and Referral Survey,
which starts the Revenue Revolution process. Separate volunteer
teams are recruited for fund development and marketing. Boards are
expected to be involved in key sessions of the initial training
(e.g. major gifts, program excellence / differentiation, tuition and
financial aid), and be involved and supportive of key aspects of the
program (e.g. leadership in personal giving).
Twenty-five online training sessions have been taped and are
available 24/7 for staff and volunteers. In addition, key action
steps, month-by-month, are included in a special online project
managers available to all. Staff and volunteers likewise receive
ongoing memos weekly and monthly, including the fruits of
GraceWorks’ ongoing publishing.
