About the Authors
Bob Rogalski, M. Ed. is widely known in Lutheran circles for his practical and pioneering work to help Lutheran schools increase their annual fundraising results and overall marketing effectiveness.
Founder and President of the Lutheran Development Center, Rogalski has consulted with hundreds of schools over a 30-year education career in both Administration and Development.
Bob's specialties are Christian School Start-Ups, Development and Fundraising, Administration, Marketing and Enrollment.
Dan Krause, MA. Innovator and Developer -- those two words best describe GraceWorks' Founder and President. Dan Krause has served non-profits his entire 23-year career, including 17 years of full-time fund development, 15 capital stewardship campaigns and over $21 million raised.
Krause started working professionally with Christian schools in 1988, and has served Evangelical,
Roman Catholic, Episcopal, and Lutheran schools. In the mid 1990s, Krause co-developed the award-winning "Tell-It" media kit for churches and schools of all denominations to bring their stories to media, particularly local television news.
Dan's life purpose is to help young people become world-changing Christian leaders for the increasingly challenging world of tomorrow. One of the best ways to do this is help Christian schools operate effectively. He credits his father, Gene, an often frustrated School Board member, for instilling his deep love of Christian schools.
Krause's areas of expertise include Capital Stewardship, Non-Profit Capital Campaigns, Feasibility Studies, Major Gifts, Marketing and Leadership Renewal.
